The Department of Posts, Hyderabad Sorting Division, has introduced 24x7 postal booking counters at major locations across the city to enhance customer convenience. The initiative allows citizens to access a range of postal services, including Speed Post, parcels, business mail and other postal facilities, at any hour. The round-the-clock booking counters are operational at five locations — Nampally Railway Station (near the station premises), Secunderabad Railway Station (near Platform No. 10), NSH Begumpet (inside Begumpet Airport premises), PPC Autonagar (near Varun Motors, Autonagar) and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (near Airport Cargo Point, Satellite Building), said a release. Customers can visit any of these counters to book their parcels and documents. Each booking generates a tracking number, enabling users to track the status of their consignments online through www.indiapost.gov.in.
