Chase Jenkins led the way for Rice, rushing 21 times for 124 yards and a touchdown to go with 87 yards passing and a touchdown.After starting their season 0-2, Charlotte picked up a nice win heading into the conference portion of their schedule, defeating Monmouth 42-35 on Saturday night. With the score tied at 35 and just 1:30 remaining in the game, Conner Harrell burst through the line for a 2-yard touchdown run (his second of the night) to win the game.
