As YouTube TV continues to play tug-of-war with Disney over a new contract, channels like ESPN, ABC, and quite a few more are currently missing from the streaming service. Here’s where you can find Disney’s content without subscribing to Google’s cable alternative. Here’s what YouTube TV is missing The recent lapse in coverage goes well beyond Disney channels and ESPN. Some channels, whether users realize it or not, are now missing. Since neither YouTube TV nor Disney wants to agree on the cost of providing consumers with the network’s movies, sports, and TV shows, there are more than a handful of channels gone from the service. That includes these local and nationwide channels: Fortunately, these TV Guide pitstops aren’t the sole property of YouTube TV, and they’re available in a couple of places. The company has recently faced separate backlash for upping its prices once again, so it might not be the best option for every user. That being said, Disney’s channels can be found across the ESPN and Disney+ apps. We have a list of the new bundle prices available to help. If you’re looking for Disney coverage, including local news broadcasting, Fubo is a good option. It follows the same guidelines as YouTube TV with similar prices. The Sports + News plan at $55.99/month offers local broadcasts with access to ESPN Unlimited, but little in the way of Disney’s other channels. For that, you’ll need to get the Fubo Pro plan, which comes in at $84.99/month. Another decent option is Sling TV through the Orange plan. That comes in at $45.99/month, though the idea of Sling TV is more “a la carte” than anything. It offers ESPN and The Disney Channel, but little else in the way of the company’s offerings. Will Disney channels return? YouTube TV says it’s working on getting a new contract completed, but there are very few details surrounding that notion. If Disney’s channels remain offline, the options above will be the only other services offering the network’s content. In the meantime, YouTube TV is offering users $10 for the inconvenience.
