The Magnetic Dice is one of many tools you can unlock in Silksong. Unlocking this item is going to take a bit of skill to reach the bug that has it and then a lot of luck – and some skill – to earn it.
How to get the Magnetic Dice
Beat Lumble at dice until he runs out of rosaries to unlock the Magnetic Dice. Lumble is an bug found in Blasted Steps, a windy location northwest of Shellwood. Lumble is to the left of the quick travel point, down the bottom of a vertical shaft.
Visit Lumble with a pocket full of rosaries and he’ll invite you to play dice. You will need to win enough times to drain his pockets, which, by my estimates, amounts to about 28 rosaries. This means you will need to beat him seven times in a row, or just more than he beats you. Eventually, he’ll admit he has none and will offer you his dice as payment.
Magnetic Dice effect
The Magnetic Dice is actually a tool you can equip in a yellow slot in your Crest. The description reads, “Playthings carved from magnetic material. Used in simple games and believed to bring luck to the bearer.”
How the Magnetic Dice actually works is that you have a chance to take zero damage when hit by an attack. This is obviously entirely random, so it’s not something you can rely on. You’ll know when it procs as Hornet will glow vibrant blue.
