We’re into the business end of 2025, which means a new Call of Duty title is right around the corner, and before Black Ops 7 launches worldwide, there’s an Open Beta to dive into—and we’ve got all the details on how to get early access to it.
Early access in the Black Ops beta kicks off on October 2, three full days before the doors open, giving you a significant edge as you get to grips with the new title and all the mechanics.

How to Get Black Ops 7 Open Beta Early Access
Early access to the Black Ops 7 Open Beta is reserved for those who have pre-ordered the game or have an active Game Pass membership.
Details for early access were confirmed on the Call of Duty website, which announced pre-orders on any platform would result in early access, along with select Game Pass plans.
To receive early access with a Game Pass subscription, you need to be subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass PC, or Game Pass Console.
While these are the only two ways stated on the official website, some partnerships can also provide early access. For example, Xfinity members can secure a code via the Rewards page, while those in the UK can use EE to register for codes—though there is a limit of 150,000 available for the latter.
Where to Find Black Ops 7 Open Beta Early Access Code
You won’t necessarily need to redeem a code to secure early access to the Black Ops 7 Open Beta, as it depends on your method of qualification.
If Black Ops 7 is pre-ordered through a participating retailer, the early access beta code will be printed on the retail receipt or sent via email in an online receipt. Codes are then redeemed through this website.
If you pre-ordered Black Ops 7 digitally, or are a Game Pass subscriber, you won’t need to redeem a code. Instead, you are automatically validated to participate in early access of the Open Beta.
