On April 23, 2025, e27 partnered with Findy to host “Maximize Your Development Team’s Potential: Developer Productivity, Global Engineering Team & ROI” in Singapore. The closed-door session brought together engineering leaders from product-driven companies to exchange insights and proven strategies for building impactful development teams.
Why this collaboration mattered
In today’s rapidly evolving tech landscape, engineering leaders must go beyond headcount to focus on optimizing productivity, ensuring smooth global collaboration, and aligning ROI with business outcomes. Key themes that emerged
