Hospital shares updates on York County officers who survived ambush shooting

Wellspan Health released an update on the condition of the two police officers hit in a shooting Wednesday that killed three York County officers.
One of the officers has been upgraded to satisfactory condition and the other is listed in critical but stable condition. One of the officers is from Northern York County Regional Police Department and the other is a county sheriff’s deputy.
The three slain officers were from the Northern York County Regional Police Department. York County District Attorney Tim Barker said the slain officers were Isaiah Emenheiser, Cody Becker and Mark Baker.
Police were attempting to serve a warrant for domestic-related stalking on 24-year-old Matthew James Ruth when he opened fire on the officers while inside his ex-girlfriend’s home.
The shooting continued for two minutes and 16 seconds, Barker said.
