We can expect a slow and sleepy kind of day, one that’s ideal for catching z’s, puttering around the house, and enjoying any other activity that allows us to enjoy the day at a leisurely pace. The morning will feel especially lazy; however, this is probably a good thing since it will provide us with the opportunity to pause and recharge. Toward the afternoon, the pace picks up slightly, allowing us to finish chores and prepare ourselves for the week ahead. Meanwhile, night owls will find the late evening useful for productivity. You know how to call a bluff when you see one. You appreciate folks who are trustworthy and honest because it doesn’t take much for you to spot a phoney. However, you must take extra care not to become jaded or cynical about life or love. You never run from a challenge, nor do you quit when times get tough. You move at full throttle, rarely slowing down long enough to appreciate what you’ve built or created. Learning how to be in the moment can increase your sense of peace and fulfilment. This year, make mindfulness a practice.
