The Ministry of Health (MoH) has officially closed the submission of bids for the supply and installation of dialysis machines across the country.
In a public notice issued on Monday, September 15, 2025, and signed by the Chief Director, the Ministry confirmed that the deadline for submission was Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The opening of bids was held on the same day at the Ministry’s conference room in Accra.
The statement assured stakeholders and the general public that the procurement process would be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, emphasizing transparency and fairness.
“We appreciate the interest shown by all entities that submitted proposals and assure the public of a fair, transparent, and competitive process,” the Ministry stated.
The move is expected to pave the way for improved access to dialysis machines in the country, as Ghana continues to face increasing cases of kidney-related diseases.
