Hasbro Entertainment President Olivier Dumont Exits

Hasbro Entertainment president Olivier Dumont is exiting the company.
Hasbro is the toy company that holds the rights to Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, Transformers, G.I. Joe, My Little Pony and more — all of them have been adapted into various films and series. It also makes board games like Monopoly and Scrabble; games that could and are being used by Hollywood.
“As for what’s next, I’m excited to explore new opportunities to build, lead, and create,” Dumont wrote in a LinkedIn blog post.
In 2023, Hasbro sold its Entertainment One (eOne) division to Lionsgate for $500 million. The toymaker acquired eOne four years prior; the $4 billion deal brought Peppa Pig and PJ Masks to Hasbro.
