Hare Krishna Movement marks key ritual at Sangareddy cultural centre

Hyderabad: Celebrating a significant milestone in its construction journey, the Hare Krishna Movement–India’s upcoming project—the Hare Krishna Cultural Centre at Kandi, Sangareddy—witnessed the Maha Narasimha Homa and auspicious Garbhalaya Yantra Sthapana Puja on Saturday. The event was attended by Sriman Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa Prabhuji, President of the Hare Krishna Movement Hyderabad & Regional President of the Akshaya Patra Foundation (Telangana & AP), and Health Minister Damodara Raja Narasimha. The forthcoming Hare Krishna Cultural Centre will not only house the most beautiful deities of Sri Sri Radha Krishna but also serve as a cultural pavilion to promote the glorious heritage and values of Sanatana Dharma. This is a prestigious project of the Hare Krishna Movement India and will be the first and largest Hare Krishna Temple and Cultural Centre in Sangareddy. The ceremony included chanting of the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra by hundreds of devotees, Maha Narasimha Homa, followed by Purnahuti and Garbhalaya Yantra Sthapana Puja. The event concluded with Arati, bhajans, and pushpanjali. An expo of the proposed Hare Krishna Cultural Centre was also displayed, showcasing the temple’s architectural design and planned facilities.
