Halle Bailey is prepping fans for the release of her debut album Love? Or Something Like It this week by revealing the tracklist on Monday (Oct. 20). The 15-track LP includes a reunion with her sister and bandmate Chlöe (“So I Can Feel Again”) as well as more collaborations with stars including GloRilla (“Know Bout Me”), Mariah the Scientist (“Alone”) and H.E.R. (“No Warning”). Bailey previously appeared on “Want Me” from Chlöe’s 2024 sophomore album Trouble in Paradise. As part of their duo Chloe x Halle, they’ve released a pair of albums: 2018’s The Kids Are Alright and 2020’s Ungodly Hour. The Kids Are Alright earned a best urban contemporary album nod at the 2019 Grammys, where Chloe x Halle was also up for best new artist, while Ungodly Hour earned a nomination for best progressive R&B album at the 2021 Grammys. Love? Or Something Like It will be released on Friday, Oct. 24 via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records. Earlier this month, she wrote that her first full-length project tells “a story of first love, heartbreak, and everything that comes after…. this one means everything to me.” Previously released singles “Angel,” “In Your Hands,” “Because I Love You,” “Back and Forth” and “Braveface” will also be featured on the LP. Her debut solo single “Angel” earned Bailey a Grammy nod for best R&B song last year.
