Haiti – Politic : ONI organizes a day of grievances17/09/2025 10:16:51
Earlier this week, the National Identification Office (ONI) held a Grievance Day to mark the official reopening of its newly renovated municipal office in Pétion-ville, housed within the municipal high school.
This initiative, designed as a space for direct dialogue between citizens and the institution, allowed users to express their concerns and suggestions regarding ONI services. Officials mobilized for the occasion committed to responding attentively and transparently, as part of a continuous improvement process.
“The Grievance Day reflects our desire to bring ONI closer to the public, by giving users a voice and placing their needs at the center of our priorities,” said an ONI Executive.
ONI Director General Reynold Guerrier invited the staff involved to mobilize to ensure the event ran smoothly. He took the opportunity to reaffirm his commitment to providing a modern, accessible public service that meets transparency standards.
Through this reopening and participatory approach, the ONI intends to strengthen its proximity to citizens and consolidate its central role in the national identification process.
