The ceremony, held at the Ministry of National Education, took place in the presence of an OFATMA delegation led by Ms. Cassandre Cilien, Head of the Social Insurance Service, and José Cherenfant, Head of the Promotion Service. Ms. Anne Monique Lundi, Director of Human Resources at the Ministry, accompanied by her assistant, Wilfricks Joazard Oazard, welcomed this initiative, which she considers a significant step toward better social protection for teaching staff in the country's ten departments. The Ministry has committed to ensuring the rapid and efficient distribution of cards to beneficiaries.
