This prestigious competition saw the participation of 240 exhibitors from some twenty countries presented 170 different chocolates. The visionary agronomist Jean Chesnel Jean, founder of Ayitika, is certainly ambitious. He indicated his intention to participate in other international competitions, particularly in the United States and Canada, with the goal of bringing the Gourmet Gold medal back to Haiti in the coming years. Currently, the Ayitika team is preparing to participate in the Montreal Chocolate Show from November 20 to 23, 2025, at Windsor Station.
