RAJANNA SIRCILLA An 18-month-old girl died after being bitten by a snake at Ashireddypally village in Chandurthi mandal of Rajanna Sircilla district on Saturday night. Sources said that the girl identified as Vedanshi, who was playing in front of her house, was bitten by a venomous snake late on Saturday evening. On hearing her screams, her mother rushed out of the house and found Vedanshi wreathing in pain. She immediately rushed her to a hospital in Yellareddypet town, where doctors declared her brought dead. The father of the deceased is a Gulf migrant worker. Her tragic death left her mother and other family members devastated.
