Bollywood actor Govinda visited Dharmendra at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on Monday night. In a video that surfaced on social media, Govinda was snapped by the paparazzi as he drove himself to the hospital. Among other celebrities, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Ameesha Patel also visited Dharmendra in the hospital. Earlier on Monday, Sunny Deol, Rajveer Deol, Karan Deol, Hema Malini and Esha Deol were also seen arriving at the hospital to visit Dharmendra. He was admitted to the hospital on November 1 after the actor complained of breathlessness. Earlier, when the news came out that he had been admitted to the hospital, reports claimed that doctors had shifted him to the ICU and that he was allegedly on life support. However, Sunny Deol’s team later rubbished the exaggerations. A statement from his team read, “Mr Dharmendra is stable and under observation. Further comments and updates will be shared as available. Request everyone to pray for his speedy recovery and respect the family’s right to privacy.” The actor also told The Times of India, “It’s rumour mongering like always. Sir is getting better. He’s under observation. There’s nothing to worry.” Hema Malini: ‘Pray For His Recovery’ Later, Hema Malini also issued a statement, confirming that Dharmendra is under observation and stable. “I thank everyone for their concern about Dharam ji who is in hospital for observation. He is being continuously monitored and we are all with him. I request you all to pray for his welfare and speedy recovery,” Hema Malini wrote in an Instagram post. Dharmendra’s Upcoming Projects On the professional front, Dharmendra was last seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (2023), where his touching performance as Kanwal Lund, opposite Shabana Azmi, earned him immense praise. He will next appear in Sriram Raghavan’s war drama Ikkis and Arbaaz Khan’s Maine Pyaar Kiya Phir Se — both of which mark new milestones in the legendary actor’s illustrious career.
