Gogglebox 's Sophie Sandiford has stunned fans after marking a milestone birthday recently. Sophie initially appeared on the beloved Channel 4 programme in 2017 during series 10, alongside her brother Pete . The duo quickly became audience favourites on the show. Throughout the years, Pete and Sophie - who reside in Blackpool - have delighted viewers with their sharp wit, clever quips and hilarious observations about television programmes. Beyond their screen appearances, Pete operates a construction business and is a devoted father to two youngsters. Sophie, meanwhile, works as a florist and got engaged to her partner Ben McKeown last month. Recently, Sophie marked a significant birthday, leaving supporters astounded by her actual age. On a Gogglebox Facebook fan group, one user posted: "Happy birthday to Sophie who turned 30 today!", reports the Mirror . Whilst numerous admirers of Pete and Sophie sent birthday wishes, other followers expressed amazement at her age, commenting that she "looks a lot younger". One fan remarked: "Wouldn't have said she's 30!" Another commented: "I thought that, she looks younger." A third agreed: "100%." Additionally, Sophie's brother Pete also honoured Sophie on her special day. Posting on his Instagram account, he uploaded an old photograph of the siblings and captioned it: "Happy 30th birthday to my partner in crime since birth!" Pete's fans were swift to reply to the post wishing Sophie many happy returns, alongside their fellow cast members. Gogglebox co-star Izzi Warner wrote: "Happy birthday Sophie! ! Hope you have the best time celebrating." Her sister Ellie also joined in and wrote: "Happy birthday Sophie fabulous day." Meanwhile one of Pete and Sophie's followers gushed: "Aww love watching you two on Googlebox! Happy Birthday." This follows Sophie's engagement last month to Ben McKeown. Posting a photograph surrounded by engagement balloons and images from luxury spa Galgorm Resort in Northern Ireland, the pair wrote: "WE'RE ENGAGED" with a heart and ring emoji. The television personality also shared a picture of her gorgeous sapphire engagement ring, which features a silver band encircled by diamonds. Sophie additionally discussed her engagement announcement on Gogglebox, with brother Pete teasing that she was "milking it" whilst showing off her sparkling ring to the camera. Gogglebox airs every Friday at 9pm on Channel 4.
