If these crossings were to fail, it would cause serious disruptions for commuters and communities that depend on them. As the Cabinet brief puts it, this is part of its “commitment to timely maintenance of vital public infrastructure.” That means safer roads and fewer disruptions for the communities that rely on them. While the repairs have been approved, no timeline has been shared yet.
