A glamorous gran revealed how she keeps on top of her age-defying looks - including one candid bedroom tactic that can be done by anyone. Lorraine Cassar, 72, never fails to turn heads with her youthful looks , leaving people gobsmacked when they discover she and her 55 year old daughter, Sherree, aren't siblings but mother and daughter. The retired carer credits her youthful glow to simple things like sunscreen, a budget-friendly moisturiser, a diet rich in fruits and veggies - and a lack of bedroom action. "I use face sunscreen, a cheap basic drugstore moisturizers, and I don't overcomplicate my skin care routine," Lorraine, hailing from Melbourne, Australia, revealed to What's the Jam. "I eat lots of fruits and veggies, and not getting laid in 20 years has helped. I don't really hang onto people complimenting me and saying I look younger because I don't like too much attention. A waiter told me and my daughter could pass for siblings just the other day. "It's not the best compliment for Sherree because there's an 18-year age gap." Lorraine's granddaughter, Paris, 26, shares that her mates are always left flabbergasted when they learn her gran's real age. Paris added the people often mistake Lorraine as her mum - instead of her gran. The granddaughter noted that friends and colleagues are "amazed" when they learn of her age and relation as she's "so young at heart and quick-witted." She's now convinced that she'll follow in gran Lorraine's footsteps when it comes to aging as people often tell her that her "genetics are rock solid and to never worry about ageing." Paris continued: "My grandma doesn't just look young and beautiful, she exudes it in her attitude and kindness. "She is an incredible inspiration, and I thank my lucky stars every day that she is my grandma and she is the matriarch of the most entertaining, charismatic, incredible family that I've been born into. "She brought my mum into this world and shaped her and me as the courageous women we are today." Elsewhere, another mum revealed how she's often mistaken as her child - but this time her teenage daughter. Tracy,38, is thought to be 20 years her junior after she started to ditch the fillers for 'biohacking'. After completing several wellness and aesthetics courses, Tracy embraced biohacking - swapping 12 years of fillers and Botox for blood filtration, oxygen chambers, and light therapy. She insists these changes have rejuvenated her, leading to frequent ID checks when buying alcohol and people mistaking her for her 18 year old daughter's sibling.
