Full I'm A Celebrity 2025 line-up rumours including 'proper TV legend'

The fresh series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! is anticipated to kick off within weeks, featuring a brand new lineup of famous faces tackling the challenging Bushtucker Trials. The celebrities will jet off to Australia to share living quarters in the jungle camp once again. This year's participants will be hoping to emulate musician Danny Jones, renowned as part of McFly, who claimed the King of the Jungle crown last year. Whilst we eagerly anticipate the comeback of the ITV programme, we examine the famous personalities rumoured to feature in the upcoming series or who have dropped hints about a jungle adventure. The speculation surrounding the lineup before the official cast reveal encompasses soap stars, a football player and a TikTok sensatio, reports the Mirror . Emmerdale stalwart Lisa Riley is reportedly being considered to exchange the Dales for the Australian wilderness, with sources indicating she's in serious discussions to participate. She's most recognised for portraying Mandy Dingle in the ITV drama, a character she originally embodied in 1995. A television source revealed to The Sun: "Lisa is the perfect celebrity for the show because not only is she from a soap watched by millions she's one of its biggest characters and it's an ITV show to boot. "She also has a naughty, mischievous sense of humour which is guaranteed to get a big response from her other celebrity campmates during their time in the jungle. Lisa is by no means the first star from Emmerdale to have gone on I'm a Celebrity and those that do always tend to get a great response from viewers at home." Lisa even voiced her enthusiasm for participating in the reality programme earlier this year, stating: " I'm A Celebrity ...is something I would do before I turned 50 as a test for myself." Social media sensation Angry Ginge, who boasts over three million followers across his channels including Instagram and TikTok, is amongst several names being considered for the lineup. He might follow the path of previous participants Nella Rose and GK Barry. The online personality, whose actual name is Morgan Burtwistle, is thought to have made a strong impression on ITV executives during this year's charitable football event Soccer Aid. An insider revealed to The Sun: "ITV bosses always like to have a social media superstar on their cast, especially after GK Barry proved such a success last year. Angry Ginge has bags of personality and was really friendly to everyone at Soccer Aid this year. He made a great impression." Whilst supporters may recall Tommy was linked with last year's programme, he has returned to the speculated roster for 2025. He allegedly declined I'm A Celebrity owing to a boxing commitment. The Love Islander confessed he's keen to take part in the programme, suggesting 2025 might be his moment to shine. Tommy revealed to the Mirror: "I'm a Celeb is an amazing show and it's something I want to do in the future but at the end of the day I am what I am, I'm a fighter and I've been doing it since I was a kid." The EastEnders legend might fancy venturing Down Under for a fresh challenge following her departure from Whitney Dean's storyline last year. She revealed her desire to "pursue things that are in [her] heart," after leaving the BBC soap behind. Reports from the Sun in May suggested Shona was in serious discussions about jungle life, which could see her return to our television screens. The celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's spouse might step into the limelight after he revealed he'd decline the opportunity. Jamie fuelled rumours that Jools could feature on the programme during a livestream chat with presenters Ant and Dec .. "Thanks for the offer, boys. I would love to come on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here ! , I think it's an amazing show," he remarked. Jamie acknowledged that ITV "couldn't give me enough olive oil in the world " to secure his participation. Nevertheless, he hinted: "But what I can give you is my wife Jools. She would love to be on the show. Go on, Jools!". Denise van Outen represents another potential jungle dweller for the upcoming series. The television personality and entertainer has extensive experience with reality competition programmes, having previously participated in shows including Strictly Come Dancing , The Masked Singer and Dancing on Ice . Denise Welch, star of Loose Women, has hinted at a future appearance on I'm A Celebrity. In a 2021 interview with the Sun, she stated: "I will do it at some point." She also mentioned that participating in the show for her 50th birthday would be "nice," although she turned 51 earlier this year and has yet to join as a campmate. According to the Sun, bookmakers recently cut her odds of becoming a campmate from 5/1 to 2/1. A Ladbrokes spokesperson told the publication: "It looks like the stars have finally aligned to give us Denise van Outback in 2025. With a new album in the autumn and a tour booked for the spring, there's a glaring hole in her calendar that she could fill with a Bushtucker Trial or two." Former footballer Wayne Rooney has suggested he might follow in his wife Coleen Rooney's footsteps by taking part in the jungle-based reality show. Coleen was a finalist on last year's series, finishing as runner-up. Speaking about the possibility on a recent episode of the Wayne Rooney Show, he said: "I think I would ... I would ... at the right time. I'd struggle with some of the trials, though. "Y'know the worst one, y'know where they walk into a room [and] there's like a big ostrich just looking at you." He added: "I didn't [know I was scared of ostriches] but I'm just picturing them being there." His co-presenter Kae Kurd chimed in: "I reckon the producers of I'm a Celeb are watching this and just going ... rubbing their hands at this opportunity now." Wayne, however, hinted that his work obligations might prevent him from participating this year, but that doesn't necessarily rule out a future stint on I'm A Celeb. Wayne explained: "I can't, can I? Because I wouldn't be able to do the podcast in there, so I can't do it." His fellow presenter Kelly Somers quipped that was a "good excuse". Boxing sensation Conor Benn is rumoured to be in the running for the new series of I'm A Celebrity. Conor, son of former two-division world champion boxer Nigel Benn, is set to face off against Chris Eubank Jr on 15 November in a much-anticipated rematch. "The logistics are a challenge given how close the match is to the start of the jungle, but ITV and Conor are keen to make this happen if they can," an insider commented on Conor's potential jungle journey. "Conor's profile has soared due to the intense rivalry between him and Chris Eubank Jr. Obviously, Conor's main priority is the fight. But with his great physique, he is also likely to provide the show with this year's male pin-up. I'm A Celeb bosses think he'll make a great addition to the camp. One option is that he goes in as a late entry." Comedian Ruby Wax is reportedly in advanced negotiations for the new series of I'm A Celebrity. "Ruby's a proper TV legend and adds real gravitas to this year's line-up. She's interviewed some of the biggest stars in the world so will have no problem getting to know her fellow campmates. It will make great TV for viewers," a source said. Ruby is well-versed in stepping outside her comfort zone. Back in 2023, she spent ten days on a remote island for Channel 5's Ruby Wax: Cast Away. Former Lioness and sports telly presenter Alex Scott is rumoured to be in the running for the new series. Reports suggest that Alex is eager to reveal a different side of herself to the British public, who typically see her in a professional light. "Alex loves pushing herself out of her comfort zone and where better to do it than the jungle? The public know her as a sportswoman and a serious broadcaster so she thinks she can show people a side to her that they've never seen before," a source said. They added: "Alex is game for anything and is a tough cookie so she's ready for anything that gets thrown at her - literally." Alex's personal life has also sparked conversation after it was revealed that she's dating singer Jess Glynne. A decade after her husband Spencer Matthews was booted from I'm A Celebrity, could Vogue be making her way to the jungle? The Made in Chelsea star was ejected from the camp after just three days back in 2015 due to his undisclosed use of steroids. Now, Vogue has been tipped as "one of the most glam signings" in years. "She is really fun and gets on with everyone, so bosses reckon she will be a hit with viewers," an insider revealed. "It has been a hard decision to go on the show, because it will mean so much time away from her kids, but she wants to fight her fears and go for it. "Spencer is a massive thrillseeker and is always off on an adventure, but now it is Vogue's turn to have one."
