Fulcrum Digital has appointed Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President for Insurance, the enterprise AI and digital transformation company announced today. Kaur will oversee the company’s global insurance practice, focusing on strategy and technology solutions. Kaur joins from Capgemini, where she managed delivery, client engagement and operations for insurance and banking clients in Southeast Asia from Hong Kong. She brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance and IT sectors across Asia, holding an MBA and FLMI qualification. Her previous roles include leadership positions at AXA Hong Kong, Manulife Asia and MetLife, where she led platform development, digital transformation and core insurance modernisation projects. Her work has spanned policy administration implementations across property and casualty, life, employee benefits and group insurance lines. At Fulcrum Digital, Kaur will work to expand the company’s insurance presence globally by leveraging its capabilities in digital engineering, automation, and AI-led innovation through its proprietary agentic AI platform. She will provide strategic and execution leadership across the company’s technology solutions and services for insurance clients.
