Four-star 2027 receiver Jabari Watkins commits to Nebraska

LINCOLN — Nebraska football is back on the board in the 2027 recruiting class.
Thomas County (Georgia) receiver Jabari Watkins, who already has seven touchdown catches this season, committed to the Huskers Friday afternoon, announcing his decision on social media.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pounder, a four-star according to Rivals and 247Sports, picked NU over Illinois, California and Florida State.
Watkins becomes the fourth commit for the 2027 class, joining Omaha Central defensive back Tory Pittman, Millard North lineman Matt Erickson, Chicago area quarterback Trae Taylor.
