Port Vila City Council (PVCC) welcomed officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and External Trade for a courtesy visit to Lady Mayor Jenny Regenvanu on 9 September 2025.

The visit aimed to open dialogue on how both authorities can collaborate to build stronger relationships with stakeholders across the Pacific region.

The discussion focused on establishing partnerships and exploring agreements to strengthen connections with other regions, seeking support in areas such as education, health, and other priorities.

Lady Mayor Regenvanu welcomed the initiative from the Foreign Affairs team, noting that such discussions will benefit Port Vila city.
