Camden horse property lists for $960K
A nearly 15-acre equestrian estate in Camden was recently listed for $960,000.

Manchester Industries leases Blythewood site
The paperboard producer Manchester Industries recently leased 98,280 square feet of space in a Blythewood industrial building located within a half-mile of the forthcoming Scout Motors manufacturing plant.
Brokers from the commercial real estate firm Colliers South Carolina represented landlord Magnus Development Partners, owner of the industrial facility known as Access 77, in the transaction. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Manchester Industries is expected to begin operations at its new Blythewood facility in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Chuck Salley, Thomas Beard and John Peebles of Colliers South Carolina represented Columbia-based Magnus Development Partners, while Ethan Haglund of Colliers Minneapolis represented Manchester Industries in the lease transaction. Manchester Industries is the first tenant at Access 77, a 210,000-square-foot facility within Northpoint Industrial Park.
“With its new Columbia facility, Manchester Industries is tapping into central South Carolina’s logistical advantages, offering accelerated time-to-market agility,” Salley said.
Cohn completes dental office build
Cohn Construction Services recently completed work on a new pediatric dental office for Irmo Kids Dental.
The 3,900-square-foot building features an open five-chair hygiene bay, four private treatment rooms equipped with medical gas, a dedicated imaging room and a custom sterilization lab. The lobby includes a dedicated kid zone, while every clinical space is equipped with TVs to provide entertainment and ease for young patients during treatment.
Beyond the patient-focused amenities, the second floor offers administrative space and has been strategically planned to accommodate future growth, including capacity for an additional treatment room, practitioner office and even a second medical office on site.

Belle promoted at Colliers Columbia
Cooper Belle was recently promoted to the position of marketing coordinator in the Columbia office of the commercial real estate firm Colliers South Carolina.
Belle obtained his drone license in 2024 and spearheaded the company’s drone photography program, elevating the marketing potential of commercial properties throughout the Columbia region and beyond. In his new role, he will continue supporting brokerage teams by leading client communication and creating marketing materials.
Belle holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of South Carolina and was honored with Colliers’ Innovation Award in 2024 for his leadership in the company’s drone program.
