The Denver Nuggets are on the road on Tuesday night as they travel to take on the Sacramento Kings in a Western Conference matchup. Denver enters Tuesday’s game with a 7-2 record after defeating the Indiana Pacers at home on Saturday night. In Saturday’s victory over the Pacers, Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets as he recorded a triple-double with 32 points, 14 rebounds and 14 assists while Tim Hardaway Jr. added 17 points, three rebounds and four assists of his own off the bench. Now Denver will try to pick up their eighth victory of the season in Tuesday’s matchup against a struggling Kings team. On the other side, the Kings enter Tuesday’s contest with a 3-7 record after losing to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday. Zach LaVine led the way for Sacramento in Sunday’s loss as he ended the game with 26 points and four rebounds while Domantas Sabonis recorded 20 points and 13 rebounds. While both teams are looking to pick up another victory in Tuesday’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries. Nuggets Injury Report, Will Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon Play? For the Nuggets, they enter Tuesday’s game against the Kings with two players on their injury report. Denver has listed Jamal Murray as probable for Tuesday’s contest due to left calf tightness and he is expected to play after missing Saturday’s game due to injury. This is great news for the Nuggets as Murray has been a key contributor for them this season and his return should be a major boost for their offense. The Nuggets have also listed Aaron Gordon as probable due to left hamstring injury management and he is also expected to play after being sidelined on Saturday, which will be a massive boost for Denver’s lineup on both ends of the court. Kings Injury Report, Will Domantas Sabonis Play? On the other side, the Kings also have two players listed on their injury report for Tuesday’s matchup, including Sabonis. Sacramento has listed Sabonis as questionable due to a ribcage injury, though he was able to play through the injury in Sunday’s loss as he returned from a two-game absence. Despite this, the Kings may elect to sit their star center on Tuesday and if that is the case, Drew Eubanks and Maxime Raynaud could be in line for larger roles. The Kings have ruled out Keegan Murray for Tuesday’s game as he continues to be sidelined to begin the season due to recovery from offseason thumb surgery.
