FilmSharks Acquires Sales To ‘The Convent’ FilmSharks has picked up world sales rights to The Convent. The film narrates the story of a convent located in the South of Spain, where a sect of unholy nuns served as a coven to find the perfect womb for the son of the devil to make his entry on earth. The film will have its world premiere on Saturday, November 1st, at Cinépolis Diana. The screening will be a red carpet gala of Mórbido Fest, an annual fantasy and horror film festival in Mexico City. The film was pre-sold to Meteor for German-speaking territories, where it will receive a 2026 release. “We fell in love with the project a while ago and were chasing it for a while with a lot of competitors bidding, making this a hard-to-get gem,” Guido Rud, Filmsharks Ceo, said in a statement. “We are lucky we got this deal closed; already received several offers as the Dark-Nuns sub-genre is evergreen when well directed and produced.” ‘Guns & Moses’ Acquired By Quiver Entertainment For North America Guns & Moses is now available on streaming services across North America via Quiver Entertainment. Concourse Media has also sold the film to the UK (4Digital Media) and Latin America (A2 Filmes). Guns & Moses was originally released on July 18, 2025, on hundreds of screens across the US. The film is inspired by the real‑life 2019 shooting at the Chabad of Poway synagogue in Poway, California. Eric Osborne & Joelle Farrow To Star in ‘Nobody Sees Me Like You Do’ Eric Osborne (Blackberry) and Joelle Farrow (Skymed) will star in Nobody Sees Me Like You Do, the debut feature of writer-director Keith Hodder. The film was financed through Telefilm Talent-to-Watch and the Canada Council for the Arts. The film’s synopsis reads: After a difficult discovery, a young, engaged couple must re-evaluate their relationship during an annual trip to the city where they first fell in love. The film was written and directed by Hodder.
