President Kagame is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he is joining global leaders, leading investors and innovators, CEOs and policymakers in government, business and technology, for the 9th edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII9), being held under the theme, “The Key to Prosperity: Unlocking New Frontiers of Growth”.
