Female Aiming Replica Gun With Poop In Her Pockets Placed On Psychiatric Hold In Fremont

Police say the person also had feces in her pockets and was “mumbling nonsensical statements.”
FREMONT, CA — A woman was placed on a psychiatric hold after officers found her on the streets of Fremont pointing what appeared to be a gun at her head and with feces in her pockets, police said.
The person was found by officers roaming around the area of Fremont and Irvington boulevards Sept. 18 after someone reported a disturbance in the area, police said.
When officers arrived, they found a woman holding what they thought was a gun, according to the Fremont Police Department, who said she was pointing the weapon at her head.
The officers later learned the object the person was holding was a cigarette holder that looked like a gun, police said. She also had feces in her pocket, police said. The provenance of the feces was not immediately known.
“The subject was not able to articulate and was mumbling nonsensical statements,” Fremont Police told Patch. “Officers placed the subject in an involuntary mental health hold (5150) as the subject was exhibiting behavior consistent with being under the influence of a controlled substance, appeared to be dazed, and was a potential danger to herself.”
