Neeraj Chopra will start his bid for a historic third medal in a row at the World Athletics Championship (WAC) on Wednesday (September 17) at the Japan National Stadium in Tokyo as he aims to defend his crown as the Men’s Javelin Throw World Champion after securing gold in the 2023 edition in Budapest. Before the final on Thursday (September 18), the 37 participants will face a tough fight and aim to seal their spot in the final showdown. In the summit clash, a minimum of 12 athletes will compete.
