Everything To Know About The Nader Sisters

They hold nothing back — from the struggles of taking GLP-1s to dating posh Brits in Royal circles, and even hint at hooking up with a famous pop star featured on the series.
Reality TV fans, there’s a new batch of sisters baring it all on TV — and they’re the Nader sisters!
Their new reality series, Love Thy Nader, launched on Freeform and Hulu on August 26, and they’ve been catching buzz as the new Kardashians.
Its first season is jam-packed with juicy and honest moments — from opening up about taking GLP-1s to sister fights and makeups to surprise celebrity hookups and messy breakups, if you’ve missed the petty, drama-filled moments of early Keeping Up with the Kardashians, or are a curious pop culture reality TV fan, you’re in for a treat.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Nader sisters and the juiciest moments from their show, Love Thy Nader:
1. Pop culture fans might already recognize the eldest sister, Brooks, 28. She’s a model who has graced the covers of Sports Illustrated, Maxim, and so forth. (She might have also popped up on your radar for maybe dating a seven-time Super Bowl champion.) She’s sort of the Kim of the family.
2. A fun fact we learn about Brooks on the show is that she doesn’t like owning her own toothbrush. “I don’t buy toothbrushes,” she said in her confessional. “I like using other people’s.” She especially likes sharing her partner’s toothbrushes, or her family’s. Her toothbrush of choice became her sister Grace Ann’s, much to her dismay.
3. The second oldest sister is Mary Holland, 26, who Brooks describes as “intellectual” and “too sweet for this world.” She used to work on Wall Street, but has since quit her job to go into “micro-retirement.” On the show, she’s seen exploring whether she wants to model like her sisters, or become an entrepreneur and start her own company.
4. Mary Holland is also obsessed with AI Chat, whom she refers to as “Chat.” In fact, Chat is so ingrained in her life that a certain breakup text sent to someone (we’ll get into that later in the post) was crafted by none other than Chat.
5. Next is Grace Ann, 25, the “passionate, psycho one,” according to Brooks. “You can just tell by her hair.” Grace Ann is a reformed party girl, nicknamed “Ganimal” for her once hard-partying ways. An intervention led by Brooks in the past led to her cutting down on her partying. She’s a model signed with Ford and is seen trying to find a balance between her career and jetting off on private jets with her boyfriend, Jack.
6. But that’s not all there is to Grace Ann; she was the valedictorian of her high school, went on to study pre-med in college, and has a master’s degree in public health.
7. Then there’s Sarah Jane, 23, described by Brooks as the “‘I-know-everything’ classic youngest child.” She’s also a model, and hot on Brooks’ heels to take over the modeling world, despite only being 5’5.”
8. Sarah Jane identifies as queer and embraces the dating life in the city. She gets into a tiff with Brooks on the show for having hooked up with Brooks’ friends in the past. She feels like some of her sisters “slut-shame” her for her dating experiences.
9. The Nader sisters are from Baton Rouge, Louisiana — “the Bayou,” they call it, and despite rumors they’d come from a privileged background, that wasn’t the case at all. They also grew up in a very religious household with “strict rules,” especially surrounding sex. Despite how they were raised, their parents are very supportive of the sisters.
10. The sisters have a game where they slap each other. It started when they were in Ibiza one summer, tired from their nights out, and said to each other, “God, we really just need a slap in the face,” Sarah explained in her confessional.
11. Brooks was married before and finalized her divorce this year. She met her ex when she was 19 years old and they wed when she was 22 and he was 33. They split in 2024.
12. Brooks met dancer Gleb Savchenko when she was partnered with him last season on Dancing with the Stars. They fell into a whirlwind romance, followed by a breakup fueled by bitter TikTok battles, then got back together to breakup again in the first episode of the show. Brooks and her sisters allegedly found incriminating evidence in his phone of him cheating.
13. Other allegations include him coordinating “threesomes” in Joshua Tree. In an episode titled, “Sextapes and Silence,” a tense text conversation between Brooks and someone is shown. The episode synopsis is described as, “Brooks wrestles with living with the threat of a sex tape hanging over her head.”
14. After every episode of the show, a title card reads: “Gleb Savchenko denies cheating on Brooks Nader and all other accusations of wrongdoing.”
15. Mary Holland’s dating life on the show is far less intense but far from boring. She’s dating Julian Isaacs, AKA Jules — a Lord and Viscount! He hails from the posh side of England and counts Prince Harry as a friend.
16. Mary Holland isn’t the only sister dating somebody from a privileged background. Apparently, Grace Ann’s boyfriend, Jack, is from a very, very, very wealthy family. Online sleuths have discovered that his father is a billionaire hedge fund manager. On the show, Grace Ann grapples with staying in the city over the summer to work, or vacation for a month in South Africa with Jack’s family.
17. Throughout the show, Sarah Jane is seen single, dating, and mingling. “I’m dating to figure out what I like,” she said in her confessional. “I’m very young, and I’m learning about myself through these different people.” When she hooks up with someone in the bathroom on a night out with her sisters, they have opinions.
18. Who knew Brooks counted pop star Ellie Goulding as one of her “best girlfriends”? The two briefly even lived together in Los Angeles while Brooks was filiming Dancing with the Stars and Ellie was recording her album.
19. Sarah Jane also loves Ellie, but she can’t say “like a sister,” she said, laughing in her confessional. When asked why, she laughs it off, saying, “Ellie’s the best.” During a dinner between Brooks, Sarah Jane, and Ellie, Sarah Jane says that Brooks likes to claim she wants to “go the other way” when she’s “upset” with men. Ellie chimed in, “That’s what I do.”
20. Brooks, along with some of her sisters admitted to taking GLP-1s to help with weight loss. She spoke about the pressures she faces working in the modeling industry, and that when she listened to the advice of her team and got a nose job and lost weight, her career took off. “I don’t think it’s a coincidence that it started to take off once I altered myself,” she said.
21. During a Zumba workout class, which Brooks had to film for a work commitment, she gets extremely nauseous, causing concern from Mary and her sisters. “She can’t keep taking GLP-1s and not eating and overworking herself,” Mary said in a confessional. Grace Ann described Brooks’ symptoms of becoming “really fatigued,” “passing out,” and “throwing up” as an effect of taking too many weight loss drugs.
22. The sisters stage an intervention for Brooks over concerns about her health and her use of weight-loss drugs. Brooks, however, shares that she prioritizes her career first. There is a “dark side” to modeling, she said. “It’s really hard to not lose yourself — and I gotta be honest, I don’t think I figured that part out of modeling.” She emphasized that work comes first for her. “My career is my life and I’m going to do whatever it takes.”
23. The first season wraps with Brooks finally being asked about all those Tom Brady rumors. “Guys, y’all are trying it,” she said in the finale. “No. Don’t look at me like that!” But she did tease, “There is one guy I cannot wait to see what happens there. That’s all I’ll give.”
