Euro Pratik Sales Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) between September 16 and September 18, 2025. The offer is a book-building issue worth Rs 451.31 crore, comprising 1.83 crore shares available entirely through an offer for sale. The shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of September 23, 2025. Retail investors will need to invest at least Rs 14,820 at the upper price band to participate. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), non-institutional investors (NIIs), and retail investors have specific share reservations, with retail investors allocated no less than 35 per cent of the net offer. Investment Limits And Reservation Details Under the new structure, retail investors can bid up to 13 lots (780 shares), while small and big high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) have limits of 14 and 68 lots, respectively. The IPO also includes an employee discount of Rs 13 per share, making it attractive for internal stakeholders. The shareholding structure will witness promoters Pratik Gunvantraj Singhvi, Jai Gunvantraj Singhvi, and related entities reducing their stake from 87.97 per cent to 70.1 per cent post-issue, reflecting equity dilution.
