Marc Guehi is a serious injury doubt for England's World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Albania. Crystal Palace captain Guehi was not involved against Brighton on Sunday after picking up an injury in the final seconds of the Europa Conference League tie against AZ Alkmaar on Thursday. Palace boss Oliver Glasner said the 25-year-old centre half, a transfer target for Liverpool, was on crutches and unable to walk and did not expect him to play for England. 'Marc was fouled in the last minute against Alkmaar,' Glasner told Sky Sports. 'It was a knock on his foot, a bone bruise. He can't even walk at the moment. For the last two days he is on crutches. 'I don't know how this develops over the next couple of days it doesn't look good. It looks like he can't play for England as well.' Guehi, who won his 26th England cap against Wales in October, has started 18 games in all competitions for Palace this season. Teenager Jaydee Canvot replaced him against Brighton, making his first Premier League start. Canvot, 19 is a France U21 international signed from Toulouse in summer deal worth up to £23million.
