The centre’s weight and cardio studio is open Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., giving youth access to a fully supervised and equipped workout space. Even newcomers to fitness can feel comfortable, as staff provide guidance and support. After 30 minutes of activity, participants can enjoy a free fruit smoothie. The fitness program is drop-in, with no advance registration required.
Other programs require registration and include:
Healthy Cooking Class – Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., beginning September 23.Live It Up! Girls Group – Tuesdays starting September 17, featuring physical activity, crafts, and discussions for girls ages 11–13.Yoga – Mondays from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. (start date to be determined).Baking Workshops – offered periodically throughout the year.
