Election 2025: Here’s a complete list of who’s on the ballot in Central New York

Voters will be heading to the polls Tuesday to elect candidates for county and local races as well as judge posts. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Nearly 700 candidates are on the ballots across Central New York. Here’s the county-by-county breakdown: Onondaga: 231 Caygua: 149 Madison: 104 Oswego: 201 Most races are unopposed. There is a statewide proposition that appears on the ballot as follows: Proposal number 1: Amendment to Allow Olympic Sports Complex in Essex County on State Forest Preserve Land Allows skiing and related trail facilities on state forest preserve land. The site is 1,039 acres. Requires State to add 2,500 acres of new forest land in Adirondack Park. Yes: Authorizes new ski trails and related facilities in the Adirondack forest preserve.
