Eddie Hearn speaks on potential conflict between Dana White and Turki Alalshikh

Dana White was always going to have high aspirations for Zuffa Boxing, but partnering with Turki Alalshikh makes it instantly clear that they mean business.

The Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority has had a massive impact on the sport in recent years.

Eddie Hearn has been significantly involved in this, having worked with Alalshikh on some huge fights.

In a recent interview on The Ariel Helwani Show, Hearn revealed what it’s like to work with Alalshikh and how that could cause some issues for White and TKO going forward.

“Working with Turki Alalshikh is a wild ride. A wild ride. Dana works at a high level. Mark Shapiro, Nick Khan, all these people. They’re very, very good at what they do, very smart. But, they also like to do what they do and what they want to do. Turki Alalshikh, and I’m just being straight, he doesn’t really allow you to do what you want to do. He does what he wants to do and you follow.”
