EastEnders fans have that ‘there’s no way’ over a ‘plot hole’ on the BBC soap after Harry Mitchell was rescued. Harry has been held captive for several weeks after his boss Ravi Gulati and thug Okie suspected him of tipping the police off about their drugs scheme. Despite Ravi ordering Okie to let him go after leaving Walford with his daughter Avani-Nandra Hart, Harry has been kept in captivity for several weeks. To make matters worse, Okie lied to Harry by claiming his girlfriend Gina Knight was fed up with him and was now seeing him. Chained to a bed in Kojo Asare’s ’s flat, Harry sadly decided to turn to drugs in an attempt to escape from his reality The one person who has tried harder than anyone to find Harry is his best friend Kojo, who has been forced by Okie to help with the drugs. In scenes aired on Tuesday night (November 4), Harry’s dad Teddy told George and Junior Knight the truth about what’s been going on at Kojo’s flat. Deciding to call the police, George was stopped when Teddy pointed out that his brother Kojo could be arrested if he did. While this was happening, Kojo seized an opportunity and found the key to release Harry. Unable to walk, Harry told a reluctant Kojo to go before Okie returned. After finding George and returning to the flat, the pair discovered that Okie had already fled with Harry. Realising how bad the situation was, George made the decision to call the police, only for Teddy and Kojo to find an injured Harry just in time. In a shocking cliffhanger, the police arrived on the scene just moments after Okie managed to escape without any consequences. Following the episode, EastEnders fans rushed to X, previously known as Twitter , to explain why they’re not sold on Okie managing to dodge the police. @TheeTayRiahStan said: “its like a 2 minute distance between teddy's house and the flat there's literally no way they got in the van, drove the van to the flat, got harry off the floor and into the van then drove off before kojo, George and teddy got there.... #EastEnders.” @ayomaurice_ added: “This is so ridiculous????
