It’s “Dancing with the Stars” gone wrong! Dylan Efron was rushed to the emergency room after a rehearsal mishap. The “Traitors” alum revealed on Instagram on Saturday, Oct. 25, his dance partner, Daniella Karagach, broke his nose during rehearsals due to an accidental elbow to the face. RELATED: "It's midnight, and I'm in the hospital because Dani broke my nose. We were trying a new move, and I took an elbow right here," Dylan said in a video while icing his nose. He continued, "And it made a really loud crack. So, not how I wanted to end the rehearsal day, but we'll be back dancing tomorrow." Dylan and Daniella have remained top contenders on the hit ABC dance competition. The 33-year-old says this injury won’t set him back ahead of “DWTS” Halloween night. “Broke my nose, but don’t need it to dance,” Dylan joked in the caption. “I’m seriously all good - but I’ll never forget the way Dani, Pasha, and Danielle WOULDN’T leave [my] side when it happened, warms my heart to have friends like them,” he added. The world is still beaming over his dedication night dance with his adorable little sister Olivia, to brother Zac Efron’s “Rewrite the Stars,” where he earned the top score of the evening. He told us backstage why it was special to have Olivia join him in the ballroom. “I was just so cool seeing her confidence grow so quickly,” Dylan told our entertainment reporter Courtney Tezeno. “Like when I first asked her if she would do this with me, she buried her head in my chest, and was like, ‘No.’ And then she was like, I think week two, she said, ‘I think I can do it, and I'm not afraid of anything.’ And she showed it tonight.”
