Sibylle- Sibylle is a niche character capable of dealing massive damage. However, her skill targets random enemies, lowering her overall reliability. Yale and Oliver- Have the potential to deal massive Pyro damage with their stacked bombs and mines. However, you have to stack the explosives manually, which can be difficult to pull off against agile targets. Hellfire- Hellfire is in an awkward position. She can either heal allies or rank incoming damage. You can use her in specific team compositions in the absence of other support units. Outsider- Outsider is another character who can use Shield to tank the opponent's attacks. Although he doesn’t have good damage output, his attack speed buff can benefit allies who use weapon damage. Randy- Randy deploys barriers that can only block projectiles. He wouldn’t really fit in the B-tier if not for his Ultimate, which has crowd control properties. Tabethe- She is just a boss killer who summons tentacles that prioritize single targets. You can use Tabethe as a sub-DPS to benefit from her Attack buff.
