One is an event banner, and the other is a permanent banner. Both feature items of different tiers, which are as follows:Golden-tier - Highest rarityPurple-tier - Less rare than Golden-tierBlue-tier - Common rarityThe probability of getting an item depends on its rarity. The drop rate of a Golden-tier item is 0.3%, while the drop rate of a Purple-tier item is 5.1%. Meanwhile, the Purple-tier item is guaranteed to drop at least once every 10 pulls.However, do note that the pull count on the event banner is tallied separately and will not be carried over to the other event banners. Meanwhile, Pristine Hourglass is used to pull items only on the permanent banner, and Prismatic Hourglass is used to pull items on the event banner.
