Drink in the drama at these ‘Love is Blind’ watch parties in Denver

The Mile High City is preparing for its close up as the backdrop of the newest season of “Love is Blind,” premiering Oct. 1.

That’s the day viewers get to join more than 30 local singles as they search for love using every sense but their sight. The uber-popular show puts hopeful romantics into “pods” separated by a wall to see if they can build an emotional connection deep enough that they choose to get engaged without ever seeing their partner.

Hence the show’s mission: to see if love is truly blind.

Though contestants do not get to see each other, viewers watch every conversation and relationship unfold. And what better way to do so than at a bar surrounded by likeminded fans? Reality TV watch parties have become magnets at sports bars this year, with devotees congregating in third spaces with a libation in hand to take in all the drama.

Ready for the pods to open? Here are seven places in and near Denver where you can stream the “Love is Blind” premiere and beyond. (Know of a party that isn’t listed here? Email the details to cricciardi@denverpost.com.)
