DraftKings Lineup Advice and Sleepers for Week 10

Key Points The suggested DFS lineup for Week 10 emphasizes running backs and budget-friendly wide receivers. Key recommended picks feature Jared Goff, James Cook, and more. Additional sleeper picks are listed by position for extra value in DraftKings contests. This week’s build is RB-centric and relies on a few cheaper receiver options, but it’s fortunately a fine slate for pivoting as desired at WR2 and No. 3. The quarterback crop is a bit trickier to traverse, but opting for a midrange price tag lets you make up for it elsewhere at the position. I have assembled a daily fantasy sports (DFS) lineup build to put some extra cash in your pocket via DraftKings fantasy football contests for the Sunday afternoon slate of games. In addition, we’ll highlight several value buys who are not included in this lineup. Note: DraftKings is my preferred DFS platform. They do not sponsor this content. Understanding what you’re looking for out of a DFS lineup is paramount. The size of the contest, scope of the competition, and your desired range of outcomes all heavily weigh in. Tweaks will be recommended as they arise, but all final decisions should be based on your level of comfort. QB Jared Goff, Detroit Lions at Washington Commanders ($5,900): Stacking Goff with Amon-Ra St. Brown gives you a rock-solid foundation. Washington has allowed 39.9% PPR production greater than league average to WRs over the past three weeks and the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks on the year. That translates nicely to padding Goff’s box score. RB Rico Dowdle, Carolina Panthers vs. New Orleans Saints ($6,300): Volume … trending hot … stellar matchup … What’s not to love? New Orleans’ run D has been rocked of late, and Dowdle was cleared to play Friday after a midweek quad listing. In PPR, he doesn’t need 25 carries to pay off. Against this floundering defense, steady touches and red-zone work will get the job done. RB De’Von Achane, Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills ($7,400): Pay up for ceiling here. Already pummeled by injuries up front, Buffalo will be down DE A.J. Epenesa and LB Shaq Thompson, while two starting corners are banged up — encouraging prospects for Miami’s speedy Achane to exploit. He produced 16.1 PPR points in the Week 3 meeting on the strength of seven receptions. WR Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions at Washington Commanders ($8,400): The Goff-Sun God stack will pay off with a matchup that’s just about as good as it looks in Week 10. Washington has allowed massive PPR points to WRs all year, and it only has worsened as the season has progressed. Key defensive injuries and a Detroit offense looking to make a statement screams ceiling game for St. Brown. WR Darius Slayton, New York Giants at Chicago Bears ($4,300): Slayton should be the primary target for vertical routes, an area in which Chicago has struggled this year. No defense has allowed more yards per reception (15.2) or fantasy points per catch (2.49), and this is the top matchup for ease of scoring in relation to snags against. WR Demario Douglas, New England Patriots at Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($4,000): Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) is absent, and which makes Douglas that much more appealing. Tampa has allowed WRs the ninth-most catches per game in 2025, and it’s a neutrally ranked unit at stopping the positional yardage gains. Douglas is a reasonable savings-minded floor play. TE David Njoku, Cleveland Browns at New York Jets ($3,200): One in 6.8 catches has gone into the end zone for TEs against the Jets, and this defense underwent catastrophic personnel changes this week. The veteran Njoku should do just fine against a group permitting TEs nearly a TD per game this year, and his price is right. FLEX RB James Cook, Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins ($7,500): He avoided an injury designation with Friday’s full session, and Cook gets a chance to exploit one of the weaker defenses of his position. Miami gave up the sixth-most points to RBs nine weeks into the season, and Cook was good for 20.8 PPR returns of his own in the Week 3 battle. A huge day awaits! D/ST Cleveland Browns at New York Jets ($2,900): Salary relief with upside. Cleveland ranks No. 1 in pass-rush win rate this week, and the Jets’ line has struggled to protect quarterbacks all year. That’s a recipe for sacks and turnovers at a sub-$3K tag. Week 10 DraftKings Sleepers
