Dr. Parshad Dhaduk’s Path in Healthcare: From the Clinic to the Boardroom

As Managing and Clinical Director of Fleetwood Family Dental Care and West Market Family Dental Care, Dr. Parshad Dhaduk is redefining what modern dentistry can accomplish. Combining compassionate patient care with disciplined operational strategy, he has built thriving organizations that prove private practice and public service can coexist. Elevating Health and Dignity Growing up in India, Dr. Dhaduk saw how a lack of basic dental access could affect a person’s health and dignity. “A simple toothache could spiral into social and economic despair—not because medicine lacked cures, but because access lacked compassion,” he recalls. That early experience shaped his lifelong belief that healthcare is an instrument of dignity, not privilege. Global Education, Broader Perspective To act on that conviction, Dr. Dhaduk earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India, then pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at New York University—one of the world’s premier dental schools. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the United States, equipping him with a rare dual insight into both patient care and healthcare systems. “Excellence in dentistry is not bound by geography but defined by mindset,” he says. “Systems differ, yet the need for dignity in care remains universal.” Transforming Local Practices into High-Performing Institutions Under Dr. Dhaduk’s leadership, both of his Pennsylvania practices have achieved measurable success: Fleetwood Family Dental Care has grown from approximately $600 K → $1.2 M in annual revenue. West Market Family Dental Care expanded from $569 K → $1.65 M. Together they now record 6,000+ patient visits per year, attracting individuals from over 70 miles away—an uncommon benchmark among regional clinics. Colleagues credit Dr. Dhaduk for introducing digital workflows, same-day crowns, 3-D printing, and comprehensive implant dentistry. His model challenges the outdated notion that compassion compromises profitability; instead, it shows that ethical, data-driven systems can elevate both patient outcomes and financial sustainability. Leadership and Advanced Expertise Dr. Dhaduk has completed the 400-hour AAID Comprehensive Implant Program and IV-sedation training, qualifications held by only a select group of general dentists nationwide. This advanced training allows him to perform complex implant and reconstructive procedures usually reserved for specialists. Beyond clinical practice, he serves on the Board of Shivlal Hamirji Hospital in India, which delivers affordable healthcare to thousands annually—further proof of his global commitment to improving access and equity. Scholarship and Advocacy An active researcher, Dr. Dhaduk has published peer-reviewed studies on oral-health behaviors and access disparities, contributing to international discussions on preventive care. His work emphasizes that dentistry is not merely a profession but a pillar of community health. A Vision for the Future Looking ahead, Dr. Dhaduk aims to build a nonprofit network of dental centers across underserved U.S. regions. These centers will integrate electronic-health systems, outreach programs, and AI-assisted diagnostics—providing comprehensive, affordable care to families often overlooked by conventional systems. “My mission is to make high-quality dentistry a public right,” he says. “Every practice can become a catalyst for equity when guided by empathy and data.”
