As an NFL wife and mom to four daughters, it takes a lot to shock Kylie Kelce. But leave it to her mother-in-law, Donna Kelce, to do just that. Jason and Travis’s mom made an appearance on Kylie’s podcast, Not Gonna Lie With Kylie Kelce — and dropped a revelation that had fans (and Kylie herself) completely floored. “I did learn how to be a pilot before I had children,” Mama Kelce revealed to her daughter-in-law, who was absolutely stunned by the confession. According to Donna, her time in the cockpit wasn’t just a one-time experience. “I actually went up and flew a plane,” she continued matter-of-factly. Kylie, wide-eyed, quickly interjected: “No you did not.” “Yes, I did,” Donna confirmed, without missing a beat. ‘You Want to Have Children’ Donna went on to explain that while she loved flying, family ultimately came first. “I did [enjoy it], but you want to have children,” she said. “And it was really expensive so I had to stop. Ed and I decided, well, we should probably get a house and start having kids.” As Donna recounted the decision that grounded her pilot dreams, Kylie sat there, jaw on the floor, processing this totally new piece of Kelce family lore. “So I did this way before the kids were even born,” Donna added, smiling as she reflected on that pre-mom chapter of her life. “That is so cool!” Kylie gushed, before immediately wondering, “Does Jason know that?” Donna wasn’t sure. “I don’t know if he knows it or not — I don’t know if I’ve ever really brought it up,” she said, laughing. Kylie couldn’t help but joke about the exclusivity of the moment: “But you saved it for this right now. Not the other podcast.” She was, of course, referring to New Heights, the hit show hosted by her husband Jason Kelce and brother-in-law Travis Kelce.
