President Donald Trump was caught on camera displaying his dance moves during his weekend touchdown in Malaysia, sparking renewed concerns about his health. Video footage that quickly went viral on X showed Trump bobbing to music as he approached what seemed to be Malaysian dignitaries. Social media went into overdrive with commentary from users who were swift to ridicule the President of the US, 79, over his dancing. Multiple users slammed Trump's Malaysian display, with one noting, "he has the rhythm of a mannequin that's been granted ten seconds of life to act human." Another wrote, "wtf is he doing? How embarrassing", reports the Express . A fourth individual remarked: "What in the cringelord is he doing?". Some watchers highlighted that he wasn't moving his left side as much as his right, stoking health worries, with one saying, "oh my God. I'm so embarrassed. And I guess he can't move the other arm anymore. This is so humiliating." One user even declared, "he couldn't even try not to embarrass us." Trump provoked a similar response when he began dancing at an Easter brunch held at his Mar-a-Lago resort in April 2024. A Trump backer reshared clips of his striking departure with the caption, "PRESIDENT Donald J Trump showing off his dance moves yesterday at the amazing Mar-a-Lago Easter celebration! Barron Trump following in his Dads footsteps! TRUMP 2024!". In the footage, Trump was seen enthusiastically waving his arm as he departed the gathering. Body language expert Judi James shared with The Mirror that his gesture "mimics drying the back of your neck with a towel after a shower," and his hands were "balled into fists." She also noted his "a rather determined facial expression," which she believed was intended to elicit smiles, but felt that this attempt at a victory sign fell "flat." Judi further commented, "Trump seems to make his exit from the room meaningful and emphatic here, throwing some high, 'hail' waves to the family, almost as though saying goodbye for a long time." Judi's comments could be hinting at the prospect of Trump spending the remainder of his life behind bars due to the criminal charges he faced early last year, prior to his hush-money trial involving adult film actress Stormy Daniels, which commenced on 15 April.
