The Los Angeles Dodgers have announced right-handed pitcher Shohei Ohtani will start Game 7 of the World Series Saturday night at the Rogers Centre. The Dodgers skipper added every pitcher is available to pitch in World Series Game 7, except Yoshinobu Yamamoto. The right-hander tossed six innings of one-run baseball Friday night to help LA force a Game 7. “Glasnow is a possibility to pitch tomorrow. They are all possibilities,” Roberts said. He then corrected himself: “Not Yamamoto. Sorry.” As for the Blue Jays, manager John Schneider revealed Max Scherzer would be Toronto’s starting pitcher for Game 7. And so, it will be Scherzer opposite Ohtani for the World Series finale.
