By BigEyeUg Team DJ Jacob Omutuuze has fired shots at Promoter Nobat, urging him to stop attacking Eddy Kenzo and the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) following a viral video that showed Nobat begging for money from Kenzo. The video, which surfaced last week, captured Nobat Events requesting financial help from Kenzo at the UNMF offices. Though undated, it sparked massive reactions online since Nobat has been one of Kenzo’s loudest critics, accusing him of misusing funds allegedly allocated to the Federation by the government. Omutuuze, who also had his own fallout with Kenzo in the past, was quick to call out Nobat’s actions, saying the video completely destroys his credibility. “I have never seen someone as petty as Norbert. He’s like Rwamiti — they love money a lot, like witches. I thought Norbert had a genuine agenda like I have, but all along he went there and begged on his knees for money and then got recorded. He should never ask for the Federation’s accountability again — let him leave that to me,” said DJ Jacob Omutuuze. The outspoken DJ further advised Nobat to seek help, saying his recent conduct and outbursts suggest he might be losing control. “Norbert should be taken to rehab and get help; he’s starting to sound like a mad person,” Omutuuze added. The ongoing drama adds another twist to the tensions surrounding UNMF, as several figures in the entertainment industry continue to trade accusations over leadership, funding, and credibility within the Federation.
