Didn't get the memo, Rasmus? Napoli stars and WAGs hit the town for Halloween party - but Scott McTominay isn't convinced by former Man United star Hojlund's costume!

Scott McTominay and Rasmus Hojlund dressed up for Napoli's Halloween party on the heels of beating Lecce and confirming their spot at the top of the Serie A table - but one player put in considerably more effort than the other. The two former Manchester United players have taken to life in southern Italy with ease, the Scotland international in particular. McTominay, who moved to Naples at the start of last season, won the Scudetto in his maiden campaign for the Neapolitan side and was named the league's most valuable player for his starring role in the victory. Hojlund, who joined Napoli on loan at the start of this term with an obligation to buy, has adjusted with similar speed, rediscovering his goalscoring form to net four times in his first seven appearances across all competitions. Both players were therefore eager to let their hair down with the rest of their team after another victory on Tuesday evening, with the squad congregating in Naples at a Halloween party hosted by Napoli captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo and the club. As per Il Mattino, all of the team and their wives were in attendance, save for Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku, who are both in Belgium in the thick of recovery from injury. De Bruyne, who suffered an injury to his right thigh scoring a penalty in Saturday's victory against Inter Milan, is thought to have sent a message of regret to his team-mates, teasing them that he had already bought his costume. Head coach Antonio Conte and his staff were not in attendance at the Naples nightclub where the party was held, but the manager was said by the Italian outlet to trust his players to enjoy themselves without taking liberties. Guests were treated to a sushi dinner at the upscale venue, before dancing the night away in the heart of the Italian city. McTominay and his long-term girlfriend posed for pictures on social media in elaborate spooky face paint turning them into a skeleton and a scary clown respectively. But in another video shared to social media, McTominay appeared to question why Hojlund was dressed so conservatively. The 22-year-old turned up at the party wearing a sweater vest, chinos, and loafers with white socks, with McTominay zooming in on his footwear as if to wonder aloud why he hadn't worn a costume. However, as per Calcio Napoli 24, Hojlund had indeed come in character - as the somewhat esoteric character of 'Bully' from 2006 video game Canis Canem Edit. Fellow former Premier League star Billy Gilmour dressed up with his partner as pilots in flying suits, while Leonardo Spinazzola and Matteo Politano went with their wives as members of the Addams Family. Napoli are three points clear at the top of the table following their midweek victory, but Conte was keen to stress that the club was still hampered by their growing injury crisis. 'People forget that we are having to make do,' the former Chelsea and Tottenham manager told DAZN. 'People talk about these big reinforcements. Now some even try to suggest we are benefiting from the injuries to Lukaku and De Bruyne - it's completely absurd. 'All we've got in goal now is Milinkovic-Savic, but some over the summer were asking why we had invested so much in a quality goalkeeper. '(Noa) Lang had two knocks in the same spot, so I think his muscle hardened. It is not a serious problem. 'I am glad for him too, having his first start, as we need everyone in this difficult moment. The important thing is that we never lack the right spirit.
