The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2025. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 7,565 vacancies will be filled online. Candidates will be selected for Constable (Exe.) posts. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in an online test. It will be followed by a physical efficiency and measurement test (PE & MT). Age Limit: To be eligible to apply, candidates should be at least 18 years of age. The upper age limit to apply is 25 years. However, there are age relaxations for reserved categories as per government rules. Application Fee and Salary: The application fee for Delhi Police Constable Recruitment is Rs 100. However, women candidates, SC/ST candidates, and eligible ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the fee. The fee should be paid online by October 22, 2025. The recruitment is for the post of Constable (Executive) in Group ‘C’ with Pay Level-3 (Rs 21,700–69,100). Reservation: 10% vacancies are reserved for Ex-servicemen in each category of Constable (Exe.) male. Out of the 10% quota meant for Ex-servicemen, half, i.e., 50% of such quota, has been reserved for the following categories of Ex-servicemen. Education Qualification: The essential qualification for applicants, as of 21-10-2025, is 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed from a recognized board. However, educational requirements are relaxable up to 11th pass for sons or daughters of serving, retired, or deceased Delhi Police personnel, Multi-Tasking Staff, and roles such as bandsmen, buglers, mounted constables, drivers, and dispatch riders.
