The Arizona Wildcats were not predicted to do well this year, but here they are at 4-3. Same as 2024’s win total. On the other hand, Deion’s boys stand at 3-5. There are multiple storylines that the fans would be looking out for. However, they are yet to know the broadcasting channel, with everything depending on the MLB. On October 30, Colorado Buffaloes beat writer Brian Howell shared how MLB is stirring the pot of the college football season. And a wrong timing for Deion and co. to fall under their radar. Howell wrote, “Programming note for this Saturday’s Colorado-Arizona game: If the Blue Jays win Game 6 of the World Series on Friday, the CU-Arizona game will be broadcast on Fox. A milestone awaits the Blue Jays to clinch their first World Series title in 32 years as they face off against the LA Dodgers. Apparently, Deion and Brennan had no business with Game 6 of the World Series, but here we are. The timing clashed. The MLB showdown will air exclusively on FOX at 8 p.m. ET, on November 1, Saturday. So, what’s the middle ground the broadcasting platform has decided on for Deion and Brennan’s program? FOX has to juggle its schedule depending on whether the baseball series continues. The game will be televised by FOX or FS1. Now, what will happen to the Colorado vs Arizona showdown if the Blue Jays win? That means they win the World Series. There would be no Game 7 on Saturday, and FOX would become free, receiving an available slot to air college football. So, Colorado vs. Arizona will be on FOX. MLB having the national attention, in that case, FOX would have to prioritize broadcasting Game 7 of the World Series. In that case, the Colorado vs Arizona face-off would be moved to FOX’s secondary network, that is, FS1. Deion’s Colorado will get the feeling of being broadcasted on a smaller network during their face-off against West Virginia. It’s scheduled for November 8, and the Buffs will be televised on TNT for the first time in three years since Deion took up Colorado’s reins. Now, as the broadcasting hoopla continues, what are the storylines that would leave the fans at the end of their seats? Six players now remain probable, five questionable, and two, including Amari McNeill and Tawfiq Thomas, remain doubtful. But that did not dampen Deion’s energy.
